wow great workout man, im from australia and the kettle bell training isnt as hard and repetitious like your workout. im a fighter in muaythai, and be looking for the core strength of kettle bell workouts man 10/10…ps how long does it take to get strength like yours.
wooww…this kick my ass..
2nd the have an ambulance called…:-) you’re iron man, for sure. Very awesome circuits!
can kettlebell increase raw strength? I have a VERY WEAL grip and plus I have skinny forearms.
ha! those are my favorite part of the workout:)
oh man those happy endings have an ambulance on stand by
i tried these….really tough..
Well done Marcus. Got to try it.
Another 5 stars! But the word to that one is BRUTALITY! Those double overhead walking lunges look hard. Nice meeting you guys today.
nice circuit Marcus!
on the ground flips try kicking your feet more upwards and follow with a forceful crunch action. this will take you higher and allow you to stand rather than land in a full squat.

Again great stuff! Love the overhead lunges, they’re pretty tough to do!
A+
Nice video.
Kip up to squat thrust,killer!!!
Nice circuit!! Good work!!! I have reconstructed ACL also..kettlebells helped me a lot in my therapy… keep posting!!!
thanks man. see saw’s are awesome and as you’ve shown, not just for kettlebells. great core work
try the kip ups on soft ground:)
Remember to push as hard with your arms as you kick your feet forward.
Good luck!
good eye. a broken ankle and a reconstructed ACL are to blame for the inflexibility. Mobility is definitely something I’m always working on.
Thanks!
I like the concept of the seesaw, I tried it on my chest day with incline dumbbells. Keep up the good work. CK.
cool anymore workouts
Strong!
Good circuit, and good technique.
You may have a mobility issue. Check out your ankle flexibility. I have yet to have a male client walk in the door who didn’t have locked up ankles.
Love it! This circuit looks additively painful. Don’t know about the kip ups though. Got any tips on how to do them? I’ve tried in the past w/ no success, but then again, I have the coordination of a house fly.
Those happy endings are super sick!
very very nice workout circuit!
i like final
awesome video yet again man good stuff
